**Please Note: All applicants and/or prospective employees shall provide a letter from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services stating there are no findings of substantiated child abuse or neglect on record. This has been enacted by the state of Kentucky and is in effect for all prospective public school employees.
This background check will be completed when you become employed with the Campbell County School District. Once hired you will submit $10.00 check or money order made payable to Campbell County Schools. The form attached will be completed on line by our HR Department. A copy of your driver's license will also be required. Your employment with the Campbell County School District shall require the receipt of this background check.
