This posting is looking for Campbell County Employees who have experience working as a painter in school buildings and classrooms. 

 

These positions will be available now and throughout the summer.  The painting will be in various buildings within the district.

 

CAMPBELL COUNTY SCHOOLS     

TITLE:   District Wide Painter        

 

QUALIFICATIONS:   

1. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
2. Painting skills consistent to school work environment.
3. Ability to work from a ladder or scaffolding 
4. Transportation to and from all Campbell County Board Facilities.

 

REPORTS TO:           Director of Buildings and Grounds

 

JOB GOAL:               Paint school facilities to provide new clean look.

 

PERFORMANCE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Be familiar with and follow written policies, procedures, an directions from supervisor related to job responsibilities.
2. Ensure that tools, equipment and materials under his/her supervision are stored and maintained properly.
3. Ensure that accepted safety practices are followed at all times.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:   Hourly        8 hours per day      40 hours per wk

 

Hours worked will be accomplished during the school calendar breaks.                                                     

 

All painter positions are temporary and do not constitute earning benefits.
